Four weeks Yoga Program
This program is designed for women who are looking to start their fitness journey after having delivered their loved one. Before beginning the program we highly recommend that you take the advise of your doctor. This program is designed at a very basic level to help mothers with the bodily changes that they endure during the course of pregnancy. It's a four week program with four days of workouts every week. The program helps you calm your nerves, release that tension and takes care of your back and any other stiffness. Any new mother can enroll into the program to start her post pregnancy fitness journey.
