Six Week Yoga Program
This program is designed for intermediates who want to learn more advanced yoga. The program is a six week program with a five day workout week with two days of rest.
We start with introduction to Ashtanga yoga followed by strength poses for your legs and back. As we advance through the program you will learn more advanced poses. Anyone who has been doing yoga regularly for the past few years can enroll into the program to move to the next level.
