Four weeks Animal flow Program
Animal Flow is a unique movement art that is fun and challenging at the same time, it improves strength, power, flexibility, mobility and the mind body coordination of the practitioner.
This program is a 4-week program that will teach you the basics of Animal flow. Each week there shall be two sessions where you will be taught basics followed by two practice sessions. You will also learn how to create your own flow by the end of the program.
